The Commis de Rang will assist the FandB Team (FandB Director, Assistant FandB Director, Restaurant Managers, Chef de Rang) to provide an outstanding breakfast, lunch and dinner experience in compliance with HACCP and the Hotel standards of excellence for the warmest welcome and guest centricity.
Key Responsibilities   ·         Ensure a timely, accurate and high-quality clearing, cleaning and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver flatware in an unobtrusive way to have all prepared for the service to guests, ·         Take care of checking and refilling condiment containers according to HACCP and the Hotel standards and regulations, ·         Support, when needed ore requested, delivery of small items e.
