The season begins in February and runs through the end of November .
Additionally, our agency offers job opportunities in hotels, restaurants, and resorts across various European countries for the season.
Your Duties * Prepare and present dishes in the Show Galley to delight our guests.
* Assist in setting up and dismantling buffets, juice stations, and bread stations, including their cleaning.
* Adhere to A-Rosa standard recipes according to the cookbook to ensure the highest quality.
* Support daily buffet decoration and crew meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
* Assist with mise-en-place and tasks in all kitchen areas.
* Ensure hygiene in the entire work area according to the applicable standards.

* At least six months of professional experience, preferably ship experience.
* Very good German and English language skills.
* Basic knowledge of international standard products.
* HACCP knowledge and a health certificate for the gastronomy sector.
* Commitment and enthusiasm for culinary challenges.
* Team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
