We are looking for a passionate Commercial Legal Counsel who will be responsible for supporting the Head of Legal in a variety of legal topics and in maintaining a filing and retrieval system for the legal files.
RESPONSIBILITIES All the responsibilities we'll trust you with.
CONTRACTS Work with the Head of Legal and the relevant departments to negotiate and draft a wide variety of contracts, both in Italian and English, in particular sponsorship agreements, content production and distribution, supply agreements.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE & COUNSELLING Support the Head of Legal in overseeing the developments of the applicable laws and regulations, to assure company’s legal compliance.
Work with the relevant departments to monitor the application of the governance policies and the necessary adjustments.
Support the Head of Legal in providing accurate and timely counsel in a variety of legal topics.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT Develop and maintain digital archive systems for legal files, cases, and contracts.
EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role.
Law degree (master’s degree) Sound judgment and diplomacy; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English; Previous mid-level (minimum 5 years) experience in a law firm or in a similar role in legal department of an international company Broad understanding of legal compliance and commercial contracts Computer literacy Proactive personality and strong organizational skills Knowledge of intellectual property is a plus.
