Position and responsabilities You will be responsible for maintaining master data, ensuring all information remains accurate and up to date.
You will actively engage with customers to clarify any inquiries, providing timely and effective support.
You will also collaborate with external collection agencies to efficiently manage outstanding payments.
Your role will involve identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and eliminate inefficiencies, ultimately improving overall productivity.
Furthermore, you will build strong relationships across departments to ensure open and effective communication, supporting smooth operations and collaboration.
