Dedalo AI, a young and innovative startup focused on measuring the environmental impact of software emissions, is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team.
As a Cloud Engineer at Dedalo AI, you'll have the opportunity to work on building and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, which is crucial for our mission of reducing the environmental impact of software emissions.
You'll collaborate with our development and data science teams to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions that power our products and services.
Responsibilities Design and implement cloud-based solutions using best practices and industry standards.
Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security.
Work with development and data science teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services into our products and services.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the cloud infrastructure, and provide timely resolution.
Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes using DevOps tools and practices.
Maintain and enforce compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Requirements 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services (e.
.
EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC).
Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.
.
Terraform, CloudFormation) and automation tools (e.
.
Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Experience with containerization and container orchestration tools (e.
.
Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of networking and security concepts, and experience with network architecture and security design.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Knowledge of software emissions, environmental impact, or sustainability is a plus.
