Experience of managing basic client queries and delivering excellence and client satisfaction client management system. Experience of using client management system Good numeracy skills Good communication skills- verbal and written to articulate to the client Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders Competent Excel user Problem solving skills Ability to work to tight deadlines and balance multiple workstreams Salary £23.5k-£27.4k per annum with a performance related bonus Starting at 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (with the option to buy more) Hybrid working after probation Get a head start on the weekend with an early Friday finish Benefits platform – gym membership, retail discounts and many more Free parking And much more…… Closing date 27th September 2024
