As a Client Director, you will drive business growth by fostering deep client relationships and delivering strategic solutions that maximize ROI for our customers.
Your influence will extend across sales, business development, and customer success, positioning you as a pivotal player in shaping organizational strategy and client outcomes.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS Lead strategic engagements with key clients to understand their technology landscape, growth plans, and competitive positioning.
Serve as the primary liaison for OpenText Professional Services (OTPS), expanding our footprint within assigned accounts through proactive relationship management.
Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that address client priorities and pain points, orchestrating cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
Achieve Services booking targets by driving opportunities from inception to closure, adhering to sales strategy and governance processes.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, and Consulting Delivery to ensure seamless handover and execution of client commitments.
Shape and negotiate deals that align with client needs and compliance standards, leveraging the complete Services portfolio.
Maintain accurate pipeline and customer data in internal systems to support forecasting and decision-making processes.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 10+ years of direct sales experience in Enterprise Information Management (EIM) software or services, with a proven track record of driving large, complex sales cycles.
Demonstrated success in managing commercial aspects of client engagements, from opportunity identification to contract execution.
Expertise in value and solution selling methodologies, coupled with advanced negotiation skills and a strategic mindset.
Strong understanding of Canadian commercial accounts or public sector dynamics, with deep industry/domain knowledge.
University degree or equivalent experience in Information Management or IT-related field.
High-level sales training and certifications preferred.

CE QUE LE RÔLE OFFRE Diriger des engagements stratégiques avec des clients clés pour comprendre leur paysage technologique, leurs plans de croissance et leur positionnement concurrentiel.
Servir d'agent de liaison principal pour OpenText Professional Services (OTPS), en élargissant notre empreinte dans les comptes attribués grâce à une gestion proactive des relations.
Élaborer et exécuter des plans de compte complets qui tiennent compte des priorités et des problèmes des clients, en orchestrant des équipes interfonctionnelles pour une prestation de projet réussie.
Atteindre les objectifs de réservation de services en poussant des opportunités de la création à la clôture, en adhérant à la stratégie de vente et aux processus de gouvernance.
Collaborez étroitement avec les équipes internes, y compris les ventes, les préventes et la prestation de services-conseils, afin d'assurer un transfert et une exécution transparents des engagements des clients.
Façonner et négocier des accords qui s'alignent sur les besoins des clients et les normes de conformité, en tirant parti de l'ensemble du portefeuille de services.
Maintenir des données précises sur le pipeline et les clients dans les systèmes internes pour soutenir les processus de prévision et de prise de décision.
CE DONT VOUS AVEZ BESOIN POUR RÉUSSIR Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans la vente directe dans les logiciels ou services de gestion de l'information d'entreprise (EIM), avec une expérience éprouvée de la conduite de cycles de vente importants et complexes.
Succès démontré dans la gestion des aspects commerciaux des engagements des clients, de l'identification des opportunités à l'exécution du contrat.
Expertise dans les méthodologies de vente de valeur et de solutions, associée à des compétences de négociation avancées et à un état d'esprit stratégique.
Solide compréhension des comptes commerciaux canadiens ou de la dynamique du secteur public, avec une connaissance approfondie de l'industrie et du domaine.
Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente en gestion de l'information ou dans un domaine lié à l'informatique.
Une formation et des certifications de vente de haut niveau sont préférées.
