sviluppare relazioni a lungo termine con la clientela russa, assicurando un elevato livello di fidelizzazione.
collaborare con il team per garantire l'ordine e la gestione ottimale dello spazio espositivo, mantenendo elevati standard visivi e organizzativi.
utilizzare sistemi crm per la gestione dei clienti e dei follow-up post-vendita.
competenze ed esperienza pregressa esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni nella vendita assistita, preferibilmente in contesti di lusso o nel settore fashion.
conoscenza fluente della lingua russa (scritta e parlata) e una buona padronanza dell'italiano e/o dell'inglese.
passione per il mondo della moda e conoscenza delle ultime tendenze del settore.
eccellenti capacità interpersonali e comunicative, con forte orientamento al cliente.
capacità di lavorare in team e di adattarsi a contesti dinamici e sfidanti.
orientamento ai risultati e alla soddisfazione del cliente.
buone competenze nell'uso di software di vendita e crm.
