Role Overview As a Chief Technology Officer, you’ll spearhead the development and execution of our technology roadmap, ensure the scalability and security of our systems, and align technological initiatives with the company’s broader business goals.

Your Mission Technology Vision & Strategy Develop and implement the company’s technology vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Establish scalable tech infrastructure to support rapid growth and expansion into new markets.

Drive results through relentless execution Own the technical roadmap, establish clear objectives for the tech team, and hold yourself and others accountable for achieving them.

Technology Infrastructure & Operations Oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure, ensuring it meets security, compliance, and scalability needs.
Implement processes and frameworks to ensure the security, reliability, and performance of systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations.
Establish effective monitoring and alerting for operational systems.
Security & Risk Management Proactively identify and manage risks associated with technology and data security.
Lead cybersecurity strategy and ensure robust protection of sensitive financial data.
Maintain a strong focus on regulatory compliance, security certifications, and audits.
Architect a modern, highly performant technology platform Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our systems and infrastructure.
Develop best practices that minimize development time and allow for rapid feature deployment, accelerating our time to market Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Optimize cost efficiency while ensuring top-notch technology capabilities.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and agility within the tech teams.
Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, performance, and scalability of tech operations.

7+ years of technology leadership experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior role at a similar scale-up and fast-growing company.
Technical Expertise.
Strong understanding of software engineering, architecture, and cloud technologies.
Deep knowledge of programming languages, APIs, and modern development practices.
Scalability Focus.
Experience scaling platforms and infrastructures to support rapid user growth, high transaction volumes, and global operations.
Security & Compliance.
Strong understanding of data security, compliance requirements, and experience with securing financial data.
Agile Leadership.
Proven experience with agile methodologies and managing cross-functional teams.

Strong interest in emerging technologies.
