CHIEF PRODUCT OWNER

This person will define strategy, manage a team of Product Owners, and ensure all products align with operational priorities and long-term transformation goals.
This role acts as the key bridge between executives, users, and technical teamsuensuring that every product delivers business value and is built to scale.
Key Responsibilities Own and shape the digital product strategy, aligning it with enterprise transformation goals Prioritize the roadmap to maximize business impact across initiatives like Operations Nerve Center and Connected Worker Lead and mentor Product Owners, ensuring clarity, coordination, and accountability across digital initiatives Collaborate with senior stakeholders (internal and client-side) to validate needs and keep product direction aligned with evolving goals Oversee MVP development and ensure seamless integration with enterprise platforms and data systems Guide cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, UI/UX) to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions Track success through measurable KPIs and identify opportunities to scale successful pilots Promote a culture of innovation, continuously exploring emerging technologies and product ideas What Weure Looking For 8+ years of experience in product management or digital transformation, preferably with a focus on AI or industrial sectors Proven experience managing product portfolios and leading cross-functional teams Deep understanding of digital platforms, enterprise architecture, and value-driven product development Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working directly with executives Familiarity with agile delivery, MVP testing, and iterative product deployment Location.
Indonesia.
Itus a home office based position, but it is required to travel to the headquarters in Sumbawa.
