The Italian Branch is a firm of lawyers ("società tra avvocati") with professionals and offices operating in Milan and Bologna, specialized in several areas, including corporate law and M&A, energy, civil and tax litigation, intellectual property, transfer pricing, corporate tax and corporate reorganizations. For our Bologna office we are looking for professional roles (junior / senior) to support the tax department team both in the Corporate tax area for the following activities: Lawyer Tax litigation activity (also against Tax Authority) Pre-litigation assessment Chartered Accountant Corporate tax consultancy Tax compliance VAT, direct taxes Capabilities Degree in Economics / Law Degree Fluent in English Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications Strong relational and communication skills Ability to work in a team, resourcefulness, flexibility and availability Having attended a Master's degree in "Tax Law" and a previous experience of 2 / 5 years gained in professional firms associated with the Big Four or boutiques specializing in tax law is a nice to have.
