Learn more : https://atlante.energy/ The Charging Services Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of key processes within our app, particularly related to CDR (Charge Detail Record) management, invoicing, and user issues. This role also involves handling disputes between users, CPOs (Charging Points Operator), and other stakeholders, by collaborating with the Customer Care and Financial team to resolve any financial matters related to reimbursements, credits, and debits. The ideal candidate will possess strong digital competence, leveraging technology to optimize operations and improve user experience. Key Responsibilities: Charge Detail Records (CDR) & Invoicing Management: Monitor and manage processes related to CDRs and ensure the accuracy and timely execution of invoicing procedures. Dispute & Issue Resolution: Resolve disputes related to incorrect charging sessions, including: Token management for users and partners. Monitoring payment processes and resolving any related issues. Fraud prevention strategies to ensure secure transactions. Overseeing user management, ensuring issues within the app are swiftly addressed. Financial Coordination: Work closely with the Financial team to resolve financial matters, such as reimbursements, credits, and debits, ensuring accurate accounting adjustments. Digital Competence: Utilize digital tools and platforms to streamline operations, monitor performance, and enhance user experience. This includes leveraging dashboards, analytics, and automation tools to optimize workflows. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring collaboration and operational alignment. Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on operational performance, identifying key metrics and monitoring service growth. Use data to provide insights for strategic improvements. Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Technical Degree. Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the e-Mobility or technology sectors. Strong understanding of financial processes, including invoicing and account reconciliation. Digital competence with experience using technology and software solutions to optimize operational workflows (e.g., CRM systems, billing platforms, analytics tools). Follow Portuguese legislation updates on energy market, tracking and reviewing proposed bills, amendments, regulations, and hearings at the federal, state, or local level. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Fluency in Portuguese and English.
