The Channel Marketing specialist will be the main contact point for all the activities aimed at support the field force in all Italian territory and the digital sales activities by channel (partners, comparators). Main activities: ·Identification of strategic territorial areas, based on research and data insights ·Coordination of internal and external stakeholders’ requests (sales managers, agents, partners) ·Support the organization of retail channel activation and activities on field (such as agencies’ stores opening, local events with agents, etc.), coordinating materials and other specific needs ·Support of Business development team for joint communication activities with partners ·Define, stimulate and coordinate filed and agencies activities during product launches ·Provide training materials and regular updates to the sales force about new products, promotion, deals etc. ·Scouting and management of BTL agencies, when needed ·Coordination of all BTL activities, in cooperation with Brand&ATL team ·Support production of BTL materials (brochure, flyers for specific initiatives, digital materials) ·Support the operations related to the activation of sponsorship on a local level (e.g. stand at volley/football stadium, booth at tennis /golf clubs sponsored, etc.) Work with: -Sales team and area managers, Digital business development team -Brand and ATL team, to match brand guideline and tone of voice Event and sponsorship team Degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics Passion for innovation, digital world, start-ups 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills Good use of Office tools and programs Good level of English
