If you are: passionate about electrical/electronical products and processes, with a focus on medium/ low voltage industrial applications willing to develop cutting-edge technologies, and collaborating across multicultural teams We invite you to contribute to our innovative and forward-thinking environment. What we expect from you Master's degree in Electrical/ Electronical Engineering or related fields. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Certification Standards (European and International (IEC, UL, etc) and compliance procedures; Familiarity with Grid Code and technical requirements for connecting to and using the National Electricity Transmission System; Familiarity with activities related to technical tests and certification procedures in compliance with internal and external standards; Knowledge of main incident metrics (MTBF, MTTR, MTTA, and MTTF) is a plus. Experience: 3–7 years of experience Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address technical issues quickly and efficiently Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams Good command of Italian and English language Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC.
