Candidate Experience Specialist (Fluent English) - Milan (Italy) or Fully Remote EUR 30.000 - 50.000 At Bending Spoons, we’re striving to build one of the most significant technology companies in the world. A Few Examples of Your Responsibilities Provide all-around assistance to candidates by answering their questions and giving feedback with clarity and precision, typically in writing and in English. Offer valuable support in the early stages of the recruiting process, such as screening CVs and sourcing. Share feedback and frequent issues reported by candidates, identifying opportunities to improve their experience. Represent Bending Spoons in addressing all HR-related inquiries from applicants, collecting insights into their needs and satisfaction. Prepare FAQs and relevant documentation to enhance candidates’ understanding of the process. Manage the scheduling of interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
