Job Responsibilities.
Manage the publishing of job advertisements.
Source the best profiles for Eviden via different channels (LinkedIn, Job Board, Career fairs, etc.) Pre-select the applicant or the proactively sourced profiles to match the business needs.
Attend virtual career fairs and meetings with universities.
Collect and record profiles from career fairs.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand and follow their needs.
Update and manage the applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Liaise closely with numerous universities.
Job Requirements.
Familiarity with social media channels and professional networks Passion for and knowledge of innovative technologies and recruitment tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, redefining, and complex work environment Intercultural awareness and ability to communicate successfully with partners from different backgrounds Tenacity, agility, result-orientation, and positive outlook are prerequisites for success on the job Proficiency in English and French Our Offering.
