This position reports to Procurement Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will play a vital role in the procurement team for Electrification Smart Buildings.
In this role you will provide assistance to the wider business by ensuring that all purchasing activities align with corporate policies and procedures and by providing relevant market information.
Each day, you will purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms.
You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring the purchase activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.

uNegotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renewing price lists and terms and conditions.
uPurchasing materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms, negotiating with main suppliers and periodically renewing price lists, terms and conditions.
uInitiating purchase orders according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures.
uOverseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues.
dentifying and qualifying new suppliers together with supplier quality and engineering specialists.
uAligning supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price.
Qualifications for the role Master Degree in Economy or Engineering field.
New graduates or 2 years of experience working in Knowledge of Excel, SAP, Ariba.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
