As a member of our team, you will have direct interaction with a diverse range of companies , ranging from small independent businesses to well-established corporations. Your role will be advising these companies on the digitization of their operations through personalized demonstrations of their business flows. Additionally, your negotiation skills will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and cultivating long-lasting relationships with them. However, your responsibilities extend beyond sales; you will also be responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring the smooth implementation of our solutions for a period of 9 months , taking care of follow-ups and ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Concretely, you will: Become an expert at using Odoo and acquire technical/functional knowledge. Handle the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing, without prospecting! Receive leads, engage and qualify prospects. Analyse customer requirements, business processes, and operational pain points. Provide customers with a tailor-made demonstration of the software. Create customised offers and negotiate contract terms. Manage the closing of the account and after-sales period. 1-5 years of work experience . Fluent in Italian (C2) and English. Strong business acumen and curiosity. Genuine interest in software products. You are able to create trust and enthusiasm through your positive, energetic, and creative attitude. Nice to have Results-oriented and open-minded personality. Previous experience in Sales or Consultancy, preferably in the B2B area. Knowledge of ERP and SaaS software.
