BRAND ADVISOR Avendo così l'opportunità di rappresentare un importante brand e accompagnare il cliente alla scoperta dello stesso! Responsabilità Nello specifico come brand advisor ti occuperai di.
- Accogliere il cliente ed assicurare la migliore Client Experience in linea con il posizionamento elevato dello Store, con gli standard e le direttive aziendali; - Supportare nelle attività visual, monitorando costantemente l?esposizione dei prodotti, gestendo il riordino e riassortimento; - Sviluppare con i clienti relazioni a lungo termine, sfruttando i diversi strumenti di clienteling, al fine di promuovere la fedeltà al brand; - Monitorare l?attività di vendita (Key Performance Indicator) contribuendo al raggiungimento dei target dello Store; - Aggiornarsi costantemente sulle novità del Brand e avere un?approfondita conoscenza del prodotto; - Rappresentare adeguatamente il Brand durante la partecipazione ad eventi promozionali e attività;
