How you will contribute.
Support for the updating and regular maintenance of the Worldwide Events calendar, supporting the company tutor and the team Support to regional teams for local activities and events, support in production management Logistic coordination both with internal departments and with external suppliers on both local and international scale Support for the production of Brand events (e.

fashion shows) and Retail (e.

events in boutiques) with consequent on-site support for events in Milan Support in the management of suppliers, timing and interaction with the departments involved in organizing individual events Digital and manual archiving of records and material concerning key events Support for the updating and maintenance of the database of external suppliers and partners, preparation of the Purchase Order, archiving of estimates and invoices Support in the management of the sponsorship and cultural calendar Support in the organization of institutional events based on the partnerships in place Maintain a good flow of information on the different projects with other departments Who you are.
Degree in Communication, Events Management or related subjects Good knowledge of the Office Package, Keynote.
Photoshop is a plus.
