Job Description We are currently seeking an Global E-Commerce Operations Specialist as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute.
Support and optimize all the activities related to e-commerce operations Coordinate the activities related to product operations.

Ideally 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably SFCC platform based.
Excellent project management skills, including multi-tasking, prioritization and organization in a deadline driven atmosphere (balancing emergencies vs scheduled project work).
Capacity to interact with different internal teams, identifying needs and solutions.
Capacity to manage PIM and to work with cross-functional teams including tech & software development teams.
OMS (Manhattan) and JDA knowledge is a strong plus Passion and knowledge of the Luxury Fashion ecosystem, curious about industry trends and best in class models Strong interpersonal, team-playing and communication skills Fluent in English (Italians and French are a plus) Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
