Job Description We are currently seeking a Client Advisor – VM Ambassador as part of our dynamic team in our Roma Condotti Store.
SALES PERFORMANCE * Finalizes sales targets achievements in line with Company strategy * Efficiently manages time to accomplish the tasks assigned * Represents Bottega Veneta brand image CLIENT EXPERIENCE * Creates an engaging and emotional client experience offering the best-in-class service, in line with Bottega Veneta Client Journey * Collects and updates client information to ensure an efficient use of CRM * Embraces the clienteling culture of building strong and long-term relationship with clients STYLING * Understands luxury, the collections and fashion trends * Works on silhouettes, brings alternative items to get clients to discover more about the collection * With the creative vision in mind, confidently advices clients as to how they can style the pieces STORE OPERATIONS * Keeps the stock tidy, knows and monitors stock deliveries and availabilities, communicates in a timely manner out-of-stock merchandise and any other useful information * Knows and applies company policies, procedures and guidelines VM ACTIVITIES * Provides store setup support and cooperates with HQ VM during the store setup / windows special installations.
* Regularly checks the store setup and guarantees the VM guidelines are respected * During the morning briefing, updates the colleagues about any VM changes.
* Fills in the specific monthly VM report to be sent to HQ VM at the end of each month.
Who you are.
* Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory * At least 3 years of previous experience in Fashion & Luxury contexts, preferably in with Visual Merchandising focus * Excellent client service attitude as well as communication and emphatic skills * Good team player that works in partnership with in-store colleagues and HQ VM team * Capacity to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment and able to build a strong and diversified client portfolio * Ability to share the VM inputs and make sure that all the team respect/understand them.
* Attention to details and aims to achieve the highest quality standards.
