Job Description We are currently seeking a Client Advisor – VM Ambassador as part of our dynamic team in our Roma Condotti Store.
SALES PERFORMANCE Finalizes sales targets achievements in line with Company strategy Efficiently manages time to accomplish the tasks assigned Represents Bottega Veneta brand image CLIENT EXPERIENCE Creates an engaging and emotional client experience offering the best-in-class service, in line with Bottega Veneta Client Journey Collects and updates client information to ensure an efficient use of CRM Embraces the clienteling culture of building strong and long-term relationship with clients STYLING Understands luxury, the collections and fashion trends Works on silhouettes, brings alternative items to get clients to discover more about the collection With the creative vision in mind, confidently advices clients as to how they can style the pieces STORE OPERATIONS Keeps the stock tidy, knows and monitors stock deliveries and availabilities, communicates in a timely manner out-of-stock merchandise and any other useful information Knows and applies company policies, procedures and guidelines VM ACTIVITIES Provides store setup support and cooperates with HQ VM during the store setup / windows special installations.
Regularly checks the store setup and guarantees the VM guidelines are respected During the morning briefing, updates the colleagues about any VM changes.
Fills in the specific monthly VM report to be sent to HQ VM at the end of each month.
Who you are.
Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory At least 3 years of previous experience in Fashion & Luxury contexts, preferably in with Visual Merchandising focus Excellent client service attitude as well as communication and emphatic skills Good team player that works in partnership with in-store colleagues and HQ VM team Capacity to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment and able to build a strong and diversified client portfolio Ability to share the VM inputs and make sure that all the team respect/understand them.
Attention to details and aims to achieve the highest quality standards.
