About the Role The Retail Artist at Charlotte Tilbury is the heart of the magic in our stores and counters. You will be based in the store and responsible for fulfilling our mission to empower everyone to be the most beautiful version of themselves, so they have the confidence to realize their dreams. What We Expect From You: Ideally, a level 3 professional qualification in Beauty Therapy. Ideally, you have some experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably from a fast-paced beauty, retail, or consumer goods environment. You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that is revolutionizing its perception and continues to grow. You love everything about Charlotte Tilbury and are not afraid to spread the word. Ideally, you have experience in makeup application and know how to adapt your style to different customers with varying needs.
