BEAUTY CONSULTANT - SKINCARE ADVISOR

ADECCO cerca per una multinazionale cliente leader nel settore della cosmesi 1 BEAUTY CONSULTANT - SKINCARE ADVISOR Lo Skincare Advisor è un esperto di prodotto, che fornisce un servizio professionale e competente a tutti i clienti, suggerendo possibili routine e costruendo il loro carrello con prodotti e strumenti complementari. La figura di Beauty Consultant (BC) si inserirà in un contesto di vendita al dettaglio Retail, e sarà responsabile di offrire consigli agli shopper adattando la consulenza alle necessità dello stesso, mantenere gli spazi di vendita puliti e organizzati e con il giusto livello di stock, dimostrare le caratteristiche del prodotto e rispondere alle domande dei consumatori. Il/la BC utilizzerà la sua conoscenza del mondo del Beauty e più specificatamente Skincare, ma anche fragranze, per aiutare i clienti a trovare i prodotti più soddisfacenti le proprie esigenze, e rappresentare il brand e i prodotti a questo connessi. La figura sarà inserita a copertura del nuovo corner Skincare in apertura presso nostro importante cliente in Milano – Centro, ove affiancherà anche la vendita delle fragranze di gruppo Responsabilità: Responsabilità Gestione clientela e consulenza sull’utilizzo dei prodotti e applicazione degli stessi Implementazione e mantenimento dei piani merchandising Promozione dell’immagine della marca in accordo con le linee guida dei brand; Training del personale del negozio con refresh periodici sui prodotti di gamma; Supporto ad eventi aziendali dedicati al brand; Implementazione dei piani di promozione trade e cabina Pulizia e organizzazione dello spazio di vendita Raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita (definiti e cascati dalla sede) Report di KPIs Organizzazione e gestione dello stock presente in store Formazione ed Altre Competenze Conoscenza della lingua inglese Buon utilizzo di Excel per la reportistica Capacità organizzative e di lavoro in team Precedenti esperienze Retail Diploma di Estetista (3 anni) Eventuali pregresse esperienze in spa saranno considerate un plus Si offre un contratto in Staff Leasing (tempo indeterminato) con inserimento nel mese di OTTOBRE 2024. Esperienze lavorative: estetista - 12 mesi Titolo di studio: Qualifica / Attestato Lingue conosciute: Inglese Competenze: Ulteriori competenze sanità - Estetica, livello Buono Disponibilità oraria: Full Time CCNL: Chimica - Farmaceutica Industria Benefits: . #J-18808-Ljbffr
