Per il nostro punto vendita di Reggio Calabria , siamo alla ricerca di un/a Beauty Avdisor Support OVERVIEW DEL TUO RUOLO Supporto nell'accogliere, assistere e supportare la clientela durante la fase di acquisto; Supporto nel fornire consulenze personalizzate al fine di garantire il pieno soddisfacimento delle esigenze della clientela; Collaborare attivamente con il team al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi prestabiliti dall’Azienda; Collaborare con il team per garantire l’allestimento dello store secondo le linee guida definite dai diversi Dipartimenti preposti (Marketing, Visual Merchandising...); Supporto nel gestire e assicurare un’efficiente organizzazione del magazzino. IL TUO VALORE AGGIUNTO Hai una precedente esperienza di vendita nel settore beauty e hai orientamento commerciale; Hai una conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche di make-up; Sei disponibile a lavorare su turni, anche sabato o domenica; Ti piace lavorare in un contesto dinamico e hai un forte spirito di iniziativa, curiosità e self motivation; Hai ottime capacità relazionali, predisposizione al problem solving e al lavoro in team.
