Una nuova struttura dall’arredamento moderno e accogliente dedicata alla bellezza e al benessere, una catena di Profumerie che, oltre alla vendita di prodotti, offre svariati servizi gratuiti di consulenza per il make-up ed il trattamento.
I clienti sono accolti e guidati dai nostri Beauty Specialist, personale esperto selezionato e preparato a soddisfare ogni esigenza e/o bisogno.
In ottica di una nuova apertura presso il CC Twenty a Bolzano, cerchiamo una figura di Beauty Advisor.
La nostra figura ideale è un amante del settore beauty, possiede un forte orientamento al business e soprattutto alla soddisfazione del cliente.
Deve inoltre essere proiettato al team working nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.
Completano il profilo la proattività, dinamicità e capacità di problem solving.
Principali requisiti.
Esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) preferibilmente in contesti Retail dinamici Conoscenza dei principali KPI del settore.
Visual thinking e problem solving.
Forte orientamento ai risultati.
Buona conoscenza dell’inglese, ottima conoscenza del tedesco.
Attività.
Accoglienza dei clienti nella vendita assistita, con l'obiettivo di fornire loro la migliore shopping experience possibile.
Offerta di consulenze ad hoc per i clienti, in base alle loro esigenze specifiche.
Gestione ordinaria del punto vendita, dalla cassa al magazzino.
Raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati.
Si offre formazione e crescita professionale, oltre alla possibilità di entrare in una realtà dinamica e in crescita dove lavorare con passione.
