Marsh is seeking candidates to join our Claims Advisory Team as an Associate Claims Advisor based in Milan.

Laise with Clients, Insurers, Client Executives, Loss Adjusters for specific claim-related issues Review and understand incoming documentation and new claims notifications Determine coverage for incoming claims, through use of knowledge of the policies as well as communicating with Insurers to help Clients manage their incoming claims and ensure that claim management processes adheres to established standards.
Prepare for and attend client meetings, including annual or quarterly claims review meetings.
What you need to have.
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree +3 years’ experience as a claims advisor, especially for Property and Liability Claims Be results oriented with a strong client service focus; Fluent in written and spoken Italian & English; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
