About the role.
We invite applications for the positions of Assistant Professor & Associate Professor (Permanent and Contract) in all Management disciplines including.
Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Strategy Decision Sciences Supply Chain Management Marketing Information Technology Fresh Doctorates in Management Sciences (also ABDs) are strongly encouraged to apply for this position.

What we are looking for.
An excellent academic record throughout A full-time PhD (or ABD) in Management Sciences from a reputed university, or business school (preferably AACSB / EQUIS / AMBA accredited) Demonstrated potential to publish in reputed journals (AJG category 3 and above) Have the pedagogical flair to make a difference in students’ careers Strong interest in building institutional capabilities and displaying ownership traits For Associate Professorship positions, we expect a substantial publication record in AJG (Category 3 and above) journals and a proven teaching record in reputed business schools What we offer.
