About the role We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Banquet Manager to join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milano! What you will do Reporting into the Director of F&B, you are an essential member of the Food and Beverage team Assisting the Banquet Manager for managing day – to – day operation, including the selection, development and performance management of the outlet employees, optimising profits and increasing sales.
Maintain and up-date as required a departmental filing system, which ensures that documentation is easily accessible.
Adhere to the Company's Procedures and rules Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure work is of the highest level.
Establish high levels of participation in the project during its pre and post opening stages to set the required operational standards in Banquet in line with international standards.
What you bring At least one year of Food and Beverage experience.
You should have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have a keen eye for detail, and be highly organised with the ability to multitask.

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a full time regular term contract.
You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
