Job Summary Within Tetra Pak’s Next Generation Service team, we are driving the large scale deployment of Asset Health Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance to accelerate Tetra Pak’s digital transformation.
In order to re-imagine our flexible, secure, and scalable cloud-based Internet of Things (IoT) platform we are looking for an Asset Health Monitoring Expert.
In this role, you will report to the Asset Health Monitoring Manager.
The location is Modena, Italy.
What you will do   You will drive development and continuous improvement that enables our business to connect to thousands of equipment in a secure, scalable and flexible way Contribute to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve hardware (i.
.
vibration sensors…) and software solutions (i.
.
data logging) for predictive maintenance data Ensure that the solution grows with Service and Product teams needs and ever-evolving customer requirements You’ll contribute to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve algorithms by interacting with the solution and capturing user feedback You’ll work closely with our global product, automation, service engineers and IT teams to ensure system consistency and improve user experience Explore and implement different ways of integrating the solution into the Tetra Pak ecosystem We believe you have   A Bachelor's degree, MSc or PhD in Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology, and/or equivalent experience in Services (Customer Issue Resolution, Delivery Engineer, Deliver Manager etc) At least 3-5 years of work experience in this area with demonstrated achievements A strong technical foundation with a strong ability to bridge the gap between hardware and data Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance and service, and/or within industrial automation, including sensors, IoT data and connectivity  Knowledge of digital technologies, such as next generation sensors technology (i.
.
IO Link standard) and the value of data Experience with Food & Beverage Packaging and Processing equipment such as Separators, Homogenizers, Mixers, Freezers, UHT, Cheese – and understanding of the link between design features and serviceability to deliver Customer value in that segment A deep understanding of how data used in the right context drives value (advanced visualisations, linking data to process and workflow improvements) Experience with vibration analytics and signal processing will be considered a plus Previous experience in an Agile working environment is highly valued eg.
