ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

Architectural Coordinator -   Denmark  - 6 Months Contract Our client, a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is recruiting for a Architectural Coordinator  to join their new and exciting large-scale CAPEX investment programme.
With a mission to provide process development and cGMP production in cell culture, microbial fermentation, and gene therapies, this is an outstanding opportunity make a genuine contribution to the biopharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities include.
Supporting the contractors to finish installations as per milestone schedule (Architectural, Landscaping).
Support the follow up on Contractors Technical Queries to ensure they are answered in a timely manner.
Conduct monthly walk downs to confirm Earned Value quantities of installations on site.
Attend coordination meetings with the contractors.
Participating in weekly construction management and HSE meetings as required.
Participating in internal project meetings & project clarification meetings.
Ensure that quality installations are made in the field, aligned with the required quality requirements including closing of punch list items.
Collaborate with the site safety management, to ensure EHS standards are maintained.
Participate in elaboration of optimised work flows coordinated with other disciplines.
Participate/lead in walk downs with contractors and client representatives.
Key requirements include.
Documented experience within contractor supervision activities Previous background in Biotech/Pharma industry project execution Extensive experience in larger and complex construction sites and project Knowledge of Danish and international legislation Fluent in English If this role is of interest, please apply now!  #LI-ML1
