Wenn du Autos liebst und gerne Kunden hilfst, ist das die perfekte Gelegenheit für dich! Über den JobAls Kundenberater (m/w/d) für Mercedes bist du der erste Ansprechpartner für Kunden und trägst dazu bei, ihre Fragen und Anliegen schnell und effizient zu lösen.
Du betreust Kunden sowohl per E-Mail als auch telefonisch und bearbeitest diverse Anfragen.
Dabei gibst du technische Unterstützung bei Problemen wie Fehlfunktionen oder fehlerhaften Daten im System und hilfst bei der Anmeldung von Fahrzeugen.
Zudem pflegst du sorgfältig die Kundendaten in der internen Datenbank.
Dein Ziel ist es, sicherzustellen, dass die Kunden einen erstklassigen Service erhalten und ihre Anliegen schnell gelöst werden.
