Your role In this position, you will support the development of new dairy, ice creams and bakery products You are working with a variety of raw materials to renovate / innovate products is a key aspect of the role Conduct laboratory-scale tests in customer matrix on ingredients such as colors, flavors, texturizers, fruit powders and pieces, fruit concentrates, etc.
You will create product samples according to specified recipes You will actively participate in tastings and contribute to portfolio development You will have a varied workday between the laboratory and meetings with your colleagues You will be responsible for organizing the raw material inventory and maintaining the laboratory equipment For optimal traceability, you will document the development results in the project management system   Your profile You have completed your training as a laboratory technician (m/f/d), food technology specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable education/training (License or Master degree in Food / Flavour) Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in the food industry  You stand out for your communication and teamwork skills Your work is characterized by responsibility, excellent organization, and precision You approach challenges in a results- and success-oriented manner Your English skills are at a good level   Your Benefits Culture.
