Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Air Export Agent to join our team - based in Turin or Milan, Italy.
As an Air Export Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and timely shipment processes for our international air freight operations.
This position requires a professional individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Manage and coordinate air export shipments from origin to destination Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems Track and trace shipments, providing proactive updates to customers Liaise with airlines, customs authorities, and other relevant parties Prepare and review export documentation for compliance with international regulations Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly Optimize shipment routes and costs to enhance efficiency Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export regulations and industry trends Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Qualifications 1-2 years proven experience in air export operations or related logistics role  Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office suite In-depth knowledge of export compliance regulations and procedures General understanding of airline and logistics industry practices Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English (mandatory) Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities Exceptional time management and organizational abilities Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Additional Information Expeditors offers excellent benefits.
