The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning architecture as well as expertise in BI delivery. The candidate will be responsible for implementing MLOps solutions to ensure the automation and efficiency of machine learning processes. Demonstrate your passion Contribute to renewal and modernization of AI & Data capabilities with an increasing focus on ML applications delivery . Manage the delivery of new AI & Data products (shoreside and shipside) collaborating with external parties and driving adoption. Define processes, tools, standards, and best practices for ML applications and be the central point that provides expertise on ML complexities around interconnectivity, integrations, privacy, security, scalability, and operation. Incorporate ethics, fairness, and AI explainability into the solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions. Champion Data Quality practices and processes. Get things right Discover how Data and AI are key enablers for driving the business and making proper decisions, both for allocating company resources and for bringing efficiency to all business processes (Sales and Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, Finance, etc). Empower cross-functional team collaboration while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Safety First Your innovative thinking and passion will guide you to promote corporate culture and values among employees, leveraging positive relationships with the company’s leaders to obtain optimum results. What makes you unique: Master's Degree in Math, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields. 5+ years of experience in IT AI & Data function within global companies, system integrators, digital start-ups/scale-ups. Proven experience as a Data & Analytics Manager or similar with expertise in Oracle/Snowflake and Power BI. Experience in designing and implementing machine learning models and architectures, preferably on Databricks with knowledge in Python and SQL. MLOps experience is a key differentiator. Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and collaboration tools. Strong Project Management skills. Business acumen and willingness to understand the cruise business’s complexity and variety. Excitement and curiosity about new technologies and innovation. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
