Now, it's time to accelerate, and we need you! We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Marketing Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of our products and partnerships, shaping our product positioning strategies, and supporting the entire marketing team in creating impactful product-related content.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful communication and positioning of xFarm’s products across different markets.
Your Mission.
Improve the adoption of Smart Farming technologies to make the farmers' work easier.
Responsibilities.
Gain complete knowledge of xFarm Technologies’ products for farms and stakeholders in the agri-food supply chain.
Work to improve KPIs related to activation, retention and conversion of our digital products.
Contribute to defining the product positioning strategies.
Management of our direct communication channels (email marketing, push notifications) Implement email marketing automation campaigns.
Develop and implement a promotion calendar based on seasonality.
Draft detailed and concise release logs for new product updates and features.
Handle the writing of materials related to xFarm products.
Ensure the app and Play Store listings are always up to date with the latest product features and information.
Manage comarketing activities with our B2B partners.
Manage internal product communication to keep everyone updated.
Collaborate with the marketing team to review and enhance product content and marketing activities.
Assist in the introduction of xFarm Technologies' products into new countries.
Skills We Need.
Passion for agriculture, sustainability and technology.
Strong understanding of the agricultural ecosystem, including key stakeholders, market dynamics, and industry needs.
Excellent writing, public speaking, and creativity skills.
Organizational skills and familiarity with tools for work management (Notion, Slack, etc.).
Previous work experience in the agricultural or tech field.
Experience in Digital Farming and/or Agriculture 4.

Experience in using tools like Figma, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Metabase, Mongo DB, Power BI, Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator is considered a plus.
Perfect knowledge of Italian (C2) and good knowledge of English (at least B2).
Knowledge of additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Polish, or Portuguese) is considered a plus.
