ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (SERVER/SSL CACHES)

Reporting to the Operations department, you will be responsible for processing Electronic Certificates for legal entities (SSL/CACHET SERVER). Mission On a day-to-day basis, your main tasks are as follows: - You receive applications and check that the file is in order. - You follow up customers to obtain complete files. - Validate applications using Salesforce. - Carry out face-to-face authentication with customers when necessary. You will share tasks with the department responsible for processing orders for electronic certificates; - You will take part in scanning and filing files. - You will provide back-up for the person in charge of reception in case of absence. - You have at least some initial experience with a strong administrative dimension. - You have good oral and written communication skills. - You are at ease with office automation tools. - You are known for your thoroughness. - You have a strong sense of customer service. - Resourceful, proactive, solution-oriented with good analytical skills. - Appetence for new technologies. - Team spirit.
