ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER REGISTRATION AUTHORITY

Infocert is looking for a Administrative officer Registration Authority for its subsidiary CertEurope , the leading French certification authority. Reporting to the Operations department, you will join the department responsible for processing orders for electronic certificates. Mission On a day-to-day basis, your main tasks are as follows: You will receive certificate application files from our customers and check that they are in order. Using software specific to this activity, you generate the electronic certificates and prepare them for dispatch by post. You record, check and archive processed certificate files. You take charge of and respond to customer requests concerning the follow-up of files being processed. You have at least some initial experience with a strong administrative dimension. You have good oral and written communication skills. You are at ease with office automation tools. You are known for your thoroughness. You have a strong sense of customer service. Resourceful, proactive, solution-oriented with good analytical skills. Appetence for new technologies. Team spirit Location Paris
