We're seeking a future team member for the role of Administrative Assistant join our CT BD and RM EMEA Team.
This role is located in Milan - HYBRID In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways.
Responsible for facilitating the full range of administrative activities.
Responsible for the timeliness, quality, and accurate completion of own work as well as effective collaboration with team members.
Work autonomously to perform advanced Exec Support activities including diary management, expenses, travel booking and minute taking without supervision..
Apply discretion to triage and manage complex, sensitive situations resulting from a wide range of requests, questions and problems directed toward the assigned team.
Appropriately prioritize, address and/or identifies the level of urgency and escalate.
Effectively prioritize the needs of the team, managing competing requests and switching focus as needed, often must negotiate prioritization of administrative activities with/among team members/managers.
Evaluate non-standard problems and use judgement to develop appropriate solutions or procedures.
Operates effectively with a significant degree of time management and work method/approach latitude.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following.
Effective collaboration and communication skills are required, including information exchange with internal and external contacts.
Must have experience of proactively arranging team members' calendars, travel, expenses board packs, agendas without instruction.
Must be able to anticipate forthcoming meeting changes/requirements and categorise urgency.
Must have strong Microsoft Office skills to include intermediate/advanced Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
Interact with stakeholders in Front Office, Operations, Onboarding and Technology to ensure alignment on key priorities, control framework standards and visibility over pipeline projects and associated changes.
Supports complex client onboarding through a diverse set of operational activities.
Applies expertise and judgement in providing quality client service and support to clients daily, including phone interaction, problem resolution and updates to client accounts in a timely manner.
