In this AdiminCoordinator role, reporting directlyto the site manager and managing a team of 4 people, you will.
Dealing with customers and the warehouse supervisor for daily activities and or extraordinary activities; Verification of their fulfillment in compliance with the assigned deadlines; Data extraction from management systems and obtaining KPIs to share internally and with customers after analysis; Extraction of monthly data, possible reconciliation with customers, and handling internal input for reporting and/or invoicing; Sharing monthly P&L results with the Site Manager; Manage actively internal and external audits, and promote initiatives aimed at infrastructure improvement; The ideal candidate has the followingcharacteristics.
Strong experience in a similar role in a Logistics Company; Skilled with the Office Suite, in particular Excel Good knowledge of English Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines Team worker Ability to manage and motivate a team Customer oriented attitude.
able to build successful relationship with clients Good organizational and planning skills
