UN\A ADDETTO\A AL BEAUTY La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del punto vendita nel reparto profumeria e collaborando con i colleghi si occuperà principalmente di.
assistenza la cliente; consulenza sulla vendita; attività di make up; rifornimento scaffali; aggiornamento prezzi prodotti e notifiche offerte; riordino e pulizia scaffali; Si richiede.
Preferibile esperienza pregressa di almeno un anno nella medesima mansione, maturata in centri estetici, profumerie ed erboristerie; Full time di 40 ore settimanali distribuite tra il lunedì e la domenica su turni (sia continui che spezzati) Disponibilità lavoro nei week end, con eventuale riposo infrasettimanale; Completano il profilo.
Bella presenza, buona dialettica e propensione al contatto con il pubblico; Si offre.
Inquadramento.
5 livello CCNL Commercio, qualifica impiegato\a, mansione addetta alle operazioni ausiliarie di vendita, RAL a partire da .
Iniziale contratto a termine finalizzato all'inserimento; Formazione iniziale on the job presso punto vendita già avviato con possibile pernottamento fuori regione, rimborso spese e spostamenti; Accesso al fondo Ebitemp, sistema di Welfare nazionale per il lavoro termporaneo, che garantisce ai somministrati numerosi vantaggi.
Il fondo agisce su tre diverse aree.
- Area sostegno, permette di ricevere dei contributi economici di sostegno al reddito, ad esempio per le lavoratrici in maternità o per l'asilo nido, oppure per gli studenti lavoratori; - Area tutela, che garantisce una serie di rimborsi a determinate spese.
Ad esempio, sono previsti rimborsi per spese sanitarie sostenute dai lavoratori e per alcune prestazioni, la copertura è estesa anche al coniuge e ai figli fisicamente a carico; - Area agevolazioni, consente di richiedere dei prestiti a tasso zero, contributi per il trasporto extraurbano e voucher per il finanziamento di percorsi formatici erogati da Forma Temp.
