Key Responsibilities.
Responsible for accounting Manage & review monthly US Gaap closing activities Treasury cash forecast management Perform statutory tax reporting Prepare monthly financial statement for US Perform accounting reporting and analytical review Prepare statutory annual accounts in ItalianGaap Liaise with auditors & lead financial statements audit Actively participate in the SAP transition project Demonstrate strong understanding of financial accounting systems Report issues/key transactions to site controller and group accounting team Drive continuous improvement in processes Lead the accounting team Education & Experience.
Very strong experience in accounting/finance Master Degree in Accounting/Management/Finance Previous experience working for an international company and preparation of monthly financial statement reporting for US Team management experience with strong communication and leadership skills Good knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS Expertise in SAP ERP Experience in SOX compliance implementation and internal controls Proven track record of statutory and tax reporting preparation; Expertise in Treasury and Cash Forecast management; Fluent in English and Italian What we believe Inclusion - We value diversity in people, ideas, and experiences.
