Position We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist . Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining master data and executing as well as improving dunning processes. You will actively contact customers to clarify inquiries and cooperate with external collection agencies. In this role, you will identify opportunities to enhance workflows and eliminate inefficiencies, providing clear and concise information to support informed decision-making. Additionally, you will build strong relationships across departments to ensure open and effective communication. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring and coordinating efficient communication with customers, gathering and analyzing information to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization, and managing any changes related to customer master data. In addition to these tasks, you will also handle various administrative duties as required. As part of your accountabilities, you will focus on the collection of receivables, ensuring that all financial obligations are met in a timely manner. Additionally, you will work on cultivating and maintaining strong business relations to support long-term collaboration and trust between the company and its clients. This position is exclusively for candidates falling under a protected category according to L68/99.
