We’re looking for an outstanding Account Receivables Manager for our Group Credit Management Team within the Finance & Administration function.
Role Overview.
Leading modernization and automation of related financial processes, system and infrastructures to ensure lean and effective activities Assigning tasks to the accounts receivable team in agreement with the accounting department’s goals and overseeing timely collection of payments Creating and keeping records of invoices٫ bills٫ and deposits Forecasting monthly٫ quarterly and annual results and creating reports on them Ensuring that all accounts receivable procedures follow legal regulations Overseeing accounts receivable team performs in agreement with accounting principles Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field Minimum of three years of experience as Account Receivables Manager or supervisor position, or in credit and collection management, preferably in a similar industry, or as finance transformation manager.
Strong knowledge of credit and collection principles, practices, and regulations Good knowledge of MS Excel and excellent experience with accounting software Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken Soft Skills.
