  YOUR MISSION As part of the Long Tail Account Management team, you will be directly responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of partners on our Glovo platform.
You will work with the support of other account managers and be part of a local cross-functional team.
THE JOURNEY Manage and nurture existing relationships with partners from small-medium local businesses Analyze partner performance and provide support to optimize their presence on the platform Help partners achieve monthly goals through targeted investments in ads and promotions Develop strategies and assist in creating processes to enhance portfolio management and maximize partner performance Coordinate with the team to effectively manage account requests WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE The ideal candidate has a natural commercial attitude, understands the corporate world, and is highly methodical with a strong sense of customer service.
2+ years of experience in account management or similar roles, with a positive track record in B2B account management Strong negotiation and time management skills Good analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build relationships Results-oriented, with a history of exceeding performance targets; experience in upselling ads and promotions is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptability in a dynamic work environment Familiarity with CRM fundamentals; knowledge of tools like Salesforce is a plus Familiarity with MS Office or Google Suite Fluent in Italian and English Based in Milan Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
