Location Italy (Hybrid or Remote) Your Role in Our Journey Engage with parents and students to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to their tutoring inquiries. Guide customers from their first inquiry to their initial trial lesson and beyond, ensuring a seamless experience. Match students with the perfect tutors to guarantee optimal learning outcomes. Communicate the value of our tutoring packages, convincing families to choose the solution that works best for them. Support clients in navigating our platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Highlight and promote our referral program to encourage future growth. Your Impact Build meaningful relationships with parents and students, understanding their unique educational challenges. Use your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions for client needs. Drive customer satisfaction and retention by providing an exceptional onboarding experience. Achieve personal and team goals by working collaboratively with colleagues and team leads. Compensation Base salary: €22,000–€25,000 per year. Expected commissions: €15,000+ per year.
