The Account Executive is a field-based, direct sales role responsible for both client retention as well as growth through contract expansion and the introduction of new products and services.
You will consult with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Gartner’s products and services.
What you will do.
Account management with an outcome of increased customer satisfaction and an increase in retention and account growth Quota responsibility of $+ of contract value within a territory of major client accounts Mastery and consistent execution of Gartner’s sales methodology Account planning and territory management Managing forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis Maintaining competitive knowledge and focus In-depth knowledge of Gartner’s products and services What you will need.
5-8 years of experience with proven consultative sales, preferably in high technology (services, software, or consultative environment), with evidence of prior success in Sales Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence and sales acumen Proven experience building excellent client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organizations Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process Fluency in written and spoken English is required as this role requires daily communication in English with clients and colleagues located in other provinces and in the United States.

L’Account Executive est un commercial de terrain, responsable de la fidélisation des clients, de la croissance des ventes ainsi que de la présentation de nouveaux produits et services.
Vous collaborerez avec les Dirigeants membres du Comité Exécutif pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie efficace, à l'échelle de l'entreprise, qui maximisera la valeur apportée par les produits et services de Gartner.

Gestion des comptes avec comme résultat attendu une satisfaction client renforcée et une meilleure rétention et croissance des comptes ; Responsable d’un quota de $ de valeur contractuelle sur un territoire de comptes clients majeurs ; Maîtrise et exécution de la méthodologie de vente Gartner ; Planification de compte et gestion du territoire ; Gérer les prévisions commerciales avec précision sur une base mensuelle/trimestrielle/annuelle ; Maintenir un savoir et focus compétitifs ; Connaissance approfondie des produits et services Gartner ; Ce dont vous aurez besoin.
5 à 8 ans d'expérience avérée en vente consultative, de préférence dans le domaine du High Tech (services, logiciels ou environnement Consulting), avec preuve de réussite commerciale Forte démonstration d'intelligence, de dynamisme, de la présence exécutive (crédibilité, inspiration, influence, bâtir et entretenir des relations) ainsi qu’un bon sens commercial Expérience avérée pour construire d'excellentes relations avec les clients DSI membres du Comité Exécutif de grandes entreprises Solides compétences informatiques et d’une bonne aptitude communicationnelle et maitrise des techniques de présentation et de prise de parole en public Connaissance du cycle de vente La maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé est requise car ce rôle nécessite une communication quotidienne en anglais avec des clients et des collègues situés dans d'autres provinces et aux États-Unis.
