2D AND 3D VISUAL DESIGNER

We are looking for a skilled 2D and 3D Visual Designer to join our amazing team! The ideal candidate will focus on creating and optimizing visual assets for automotive applications. In this role, you will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models and 2D graphics to ensure high quality and performance standards are met. You will also work closely with designers and engineers to integrate these models into final systems. Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is a highly qualified 2D/3D designer with a strong passion for design and innovation in the automotive sector. You should possess advanced skills in creating complex 2D and 3D models and have proven experience in delivering visual solutions that meet both project requirements and technical specifications. Advanced knowledge of modeling software and texturing techniques is essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and manage projects with attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine detailed 3D models and 2D graphics for automotive applications, ensuring high visual quality and performance. Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to integrate visual assets into final systems, maintaining consistency and excellence. Utilize advanced 3D modeling and texturing tools to create visually compelling and technically accurate designs. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adhering to project specifications. Continuously optimize visual assets for efficiency and performance, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and software advancements. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphics, Materials Engineering, or a related field. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in 2D/3D design, with automotive industry experience preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya). Experience with texturing and rendering tools (e.g., Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop). Competence in 2D design and graphic prototyping. Soft Skills: Ability to propose creative solutions and new approaches to design challenges (Innovative Thinking.) Strong focus on visual precision and quality, ensuring that every element meets high standards (Detail oriented.) Skill in working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and engineers, to achieve cohesive results (Collaborative mindset.) Capability to manage multiple design projects efficiently, adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
