In line with the Company’s current Agile Working Policy, the successful candidate would be eligible to work part of the week from our Crawley office and to work remotely for the rest of the week. The role of Subscriptions Administrator is an exciting opportunity to support our dynamic Subscriptions team with administration tasks. What you'll be doing: Monitoring and developing customer service levels. Undertaking customer surveys and managing the Net Promoter Score progression. Managing customer queries and responding in a timely manner. Producing customer communications when necessary. Managing payment escalation process and monitor levels. Managing relationships with subscriptions bureau, telemarketing agencies and distribution agents. Organising regular update meetings and agendas for all suppliers. Checking and approving supplier invoices. Managing newstrade agent. Managing promoted issue process. Planning and managing the firm sale uplift campaigns. Monitoring delivery timing of newstrade and other copies. Producing monthly department reports and distribute to business. Monitoring campaigns and reporting regularly on results. Managing the print outer and wrap production. Managing delivery data and ensure we hit our Mailmark requirements. Managing print schedule with suppliers. Managing back issue process. Assisting the team with sending marketing campaigns as required. Developing data briefs and administer data development projects. Posting social media messages and tracking response. Attending team meetings and distribute notes. Scheduling in-house adverts and reporting on results. Checking and proof-reading marketing collateral. Managing and monitoring internal and complimentary subscription levels. Managing the customer GDPR process. Attending brand and company events on an ad hoc basis to foster relationships and help promote subscriptions. Attending regular team meetings in our other offices. What you'll need: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. To be a motivated individual. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management with ability to prioritise daily. Proficient in the full Microsoft suite. A proactive and can-do attitude.
